In my group , my role was the web designer alongside another person in my group . Doing this project in a group helped me improve my communication with the people my peers in my group and stay engaged with tasks we were given by our team leader . We organised ourselves by setting tasks for which works well for who for example , My peer ands i were more comfortable being the web-designers whereas the team leader coded the website together and editor . We also set targets and aims for when we should have certain things done . our team ethic was really good and everyone brought effective ideas and we all heard eachother , the whole process went really well from everyone . We worked together well , all brang ideas and all had a high work ethic
